Novelty Hill Farm offers year-round venue rentals for birthday parties, graduation parties, weddings and other events in addition to being open to the public seasonally for activities such as our Fall Fun Festival (which includes U-Pick Pumpkins as well as fun kid activities) and our Winter Holiday Market (including Christmas Tree sales). Our historic Dairy Barn includes a beautiful, rustic loft with the downstairs large enough to accommodate 100-200 people. Our modernized Calf Barn is air-conditioned/heated and ideal for smaller parties of around 50 people. Amenities on the farm include a spacious parking lot and two private restrooms. We also offer camp spots via HipCamp and firepit rentals. We pride ourselves on offering a beautiful space and customized hospitality for guests to enjoy our lovely historic family farm!
